About this role
About the role: - Develop software solutions as an intern engineer, contributing to backend systems and mobile applications - Work with production code across Python backend services and Kotlin Android platforms - Build and maintain REST APIs, ensuring proper database integration and version control - Collaborate with the engineering team on full-stack features from design through deployment What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a closely related discipline - Up to 1 year of prior professional or project experience - Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming principles, and operating system concepts including concurrency and threading - Practical knowledge of networking fundamentals - Hands-on experience with at least one of Python, Kotlin, or Java - Demonstrated ability to build and ship a REST API - Working familiarity with SQL for database operations, Git for version control, and Linux command-line tools Bonus skills: - Experience with Android development using Jetpack Compose and Coroutines - Knowledge of WebSockets for real-time communication - Exposure to React or other frontend frameworks - Docker containerization and CI/CD pipeline experience - Familiarity with ROS2 or edge computing concepts
