About the role: - Join Ola as an Associate Product Manager driving product strategy and execution across our platform - Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration - Work directly with engineering, design, data and leadership to define product roadmaps - Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements and specifications What you'll work on: - Analyzing product metrics and user data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses - Designing and running experiments to test product decisions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features that move key business metrics - Gathering and synthesizing user feedback to inform product direction What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of prior product experience required - Strong SQL skills for independent data analysis - Knowledge of LLMs and evaluation frameworks - High ownership mindset with bias toward action and speed - Ability to thrive with ambiguous requirements and shape ill-defined problems into actionable plans Good to know: - Office-based role - Immediate joiners preferred
