About this role
About the role: - You will support NxtMeal's product launches by working directly with clients on-site - Customer feedback collection forms a core part of your day-to-day, along with documenting product requirements that arise from real customer needs - When technology issues surface in live environments, you'll identify root causes and find solutions to keep operations moving - You'll run training sessions with client teams to help them adopt new features and workflows effectively - Acting as a liaison, you'll ensure customer insights, operational realities, and product roadmap priorities all feed into one another What we're looking for: - Strong communication abilities—you can explain technical concepts clearly and listen to understand customer pain points - Confidence to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution - Mental flexibility to adapt when plans change, combined with the drive to think through challenges systematically - A genuine interest in how technology works in real business contexts
