About the role: - Work on predictive models that forecast food wastage patterns and identify optimization opportunities within food service operations - Contribute to data-driven menu design and strategy that balances customer preferences with operational efficiency - Analyze customer feedback signals to uncover trends, satisfaction drivers, and areas for service improvement - Develop systems for intelligent menu rotation that adapt based on demand, seasonality, and inventory constraints - Build and refine AI applications that scale across large food operations and complex supply chains What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in logical reasoning and the ability to break down complex problems into solvable components - Demonstrated curiosity about how data can drive real-world business decisions - Problem-solving mindset with a drive to explore and test new approaches - Programming experience, whether in Python, SQL, or similar languages - Background or comfort with data analysis, statistics, or machine learning concepts About the internship: - Hands-on exposure to end-to-end data science workflows in the food service industry - Opportunity to see your models and insights put into practice at scale - Mentorship from the team working on production AI systems
