About the role: - Analyze data sets using Python, SQL, and Excel to support decision-making across the organization - Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI that translate complex information into actionable insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions - Assist in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis What you'll work on: - Creating reports and interactive visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders - Writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases - Developing Python scripts for data processing and exploratory analysis - Supporting the analytics team in their day-to-day workflow and projects What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis - Hands-on experience with Python programming - Strong grasp of SQL fundamentals to query relational databases - Solid grounding in coding basics, analytics concepts, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques - Comfort with mathematical principles and statistical thinking - Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively in team settings Ideal candidates will also have: - A proactive mindset and readiness to take initiative on tasks - Meticulous attention to detail in analysis and reporting - Flexibility and eagerness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
