About the role: - You'll work with MOP Careers Software Services Pvt. Ltd. to find and connect people with job opportunities - Your work covers the full hiring funnel: locating potential candidates, evaluating their backgrounds, setting up conversations, and tracking progress - You'll spend time on job boards and LinkedIn-like platforms searching for qualified people - Each application and profile you review helps the hiring managers make better decisions - Keeping candidate data organized and current will be a key part of your day - You'll handle written updates, forms, and other paperwork that follows each candidate through the process What you'll work on: - Searching and sourcing candidates across online job platforms and professional networks - Reading through CVs and candidate profiles to find strong matches - Setting up interview times that work for both the candidate and the hiring manager - Maintaining detailed records so everyone knows where each person stands in the hiring process - Writing follow-up emails and managing all documents related to each applicant What we're looking for: - Students and freshers with up to 6 months of prior experience - Clear and confident communication, both written and face-to-face - A foundational grasp of how recruitment works - Comfort using Excel spreadsheets and creating organized documents - The ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything on track - Genuine enthusiasm for HR, hiring, and building talent pipelines Good to know: - This is a 3–6 month internship program - You'll gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition from day one
