Key Responsibilities & Skills: - Analyze business processes, user requirements, workflows, and data-processing needs for automation - Translate client requirements into technical specifications for development teams - Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis; evaluate information flow, system capabilities, and limitations - Lead or support system expansions and modifications; train users and staff on system functionality - Strong knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, Java, or similar software/programming technologies - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
