Software Manual Tester – Fresher

About the role: - Test software features and functionality across different devices and platforms to identify bugs and inconsistencies - Create and execute test cases that verify application behavior against requirements - Document defects throughout their lifecycle, from discovery through resolution and verification - Perform both functional testing to confirm features work as intended and regression testing to ensure updates do not break existing functionality What you'll work on: - Validate software components at different stages of development using structured testing methodologies - Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle and testing lifecycle to plan and execute quality assurance activities - Track and analyze issues found during testing, working with development teams to understand root causes and confirm fixes What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Applications or a related field - Strong grasp of manual testing principles and best practices - Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC frameworks - Ability to design clear test cases and follow them systematically - Knowledge of defect management and how to classify and track issues - Familiarity with functional and regression testing approaches - Fresher with no previous work experience in an organization
