About the role: - Deliver training sessions to students and early-career professionals, building their capabilities in SQL and database management from the ground up. - Guide learners through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, helping them grasp both theory and practical application. - Mentor individuals as they work toward job readiness, offering feedback and support to close skill gaps. - Adapt your teaching approach to different learning styles and pace of understanding. What you'll work on: - Creating or delivering structured curriculum on SQL queries, database design, indexing, and optimization. - Working with students on projects that mirror workplace challenges and expectations. - Answering questions and clarifying difficult concepts during and outside formal sessions. - Tracking learner progress and identifying areas where additional support helps. What we're looking for: - Solid, demonstrable expertise in SQL and Database Management. - Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, straightforward language. - Genuine interest in helping others learn and grow in this field. - Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
