About the role: - Deliver training programmes to students and recent graduates, equipping them with practical abilities needed for professional roles - Mentor learners individually and in groups, guiding their progress through structured support - Create a learning environment where candidates build confidence and competence in coding What you'll work on: - Teaching core Python concepts, syntax, and best practices to diverse cohorts - Designing exercises and projects that bridge classroom learning and workplace demands - Assessing learner progress and adapting your teaching methods to different skill levels - Responding to doubts, debugging student code, and helping them think through problems - Building relationships with your students to understand their career goals and concerns What we're looking for: - Expert-level knowledge of Python and its applications - Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and patiently - Genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow - Freshers who demonstrate strong technical skills are encouraged to apply
