What we're looking for: - Deep expertise and strong subject knowledge across artificial intelligence concepts, tools and applications. - Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt your communication style to different learner backgrounds. - Genuine enthusiasm for helping others learn and grow professionally. - Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply alongside experienced trainers. What the role involves: - Assessing trainee progress and tailoring guidance to individual learning needs and career goals. - Staying current with AI developments to ensure your training reflects real industry demands. - Building mentee confidence through constructive feedback and practical project work. - Contributing to curriculum improvement based on student outcomes and employer feedback.
