About this role
About the role: - You will take responsibility for quality assurance across web and SaaS platforms, ensuring every release meets standards before it reaches users - Your work spans multiple testing methodologies to catch defects at every level What you'll work on: - Execute manual test scenarios to validate application functionality and user workflows - Perform functional and regression testing to ensure new features work as intended and updates do not break existing capabilities - Conduct API testing to verify backend services integrate correctly and respond properly - Design comprehensive test cases that cover normal and edge-case scenarios - Document and track bugs through their lifecycle, maintaining clear communication about issues and their resolution status - Test SaaS and web applications across different environments and browsers What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and QA processes - Understanding of functional, regression, and API testing approaches - Familiarity with SaaS or web application testing environments - Ability to create clear, detailed test cases that others can follow - Comfortable working with bug tracking tools and maintaining organized documentation Good to know: - Candidates available to join immediately are strongly preferred
