About this role
About the role: - You will develop and maintain backend systems and services that power LimeChat's platform - You'll write clean, scalable code and participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment - Your work involves debugging production issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability What you'll work on: - Building features for our core messaging and communication infrastructure - Collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions - Writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality - Reviewing code from teammates and providing constructive feedback - Participating in system design discussions and architectural decisions What we're looking for: - Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming - Experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js - Familiarity with relational databases and REST API design - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies - Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
