About this role

About the role: - Support the talent acquisition process by identifying, screening, and coordinating with candidates across different sourcing channels - Maintain and update candidate databases, track applicant progress through recruitment pipelines, and ensure accurate records in our systems - Assist in posting job openings on major platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed - Schedule interviews, send communications to candidates, and coordinate logistics for selection rounds - Support virtual onboarding activities and help new hires complete necessary documentation What we're looking for: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field - 3–6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or internship and project-based work in these areas - Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating reports and managing data - Demonstrated organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail when handling candidate information and timelines - Ability to juggle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Nice to have: - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM platforms such as Keka or Pyjama HR - Prior involvement in campus recruitment programmes or large-scale hiring initiatives - Comfort using video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for remote interviews and onboarding - Understanding of virtual hiring workflows and remote employee onboarding best practices
