About this role
About the role: - Work with large language model APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini to build intelligent automation solutions - Design and implement agentic workflows that combine tool use, memory systems, and multi-step reasoning patterns - Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and develop automation solutions to eliminate them - Bridge AI capabilities with real business workflows, moving from prototype to production quickly What you'll work on: - Building functional automation using workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms - Creating data pipelines, wrangling datasets, and constructing lightweight dashboards for reporting - Prompt engineering and optimization to improve AI output quality and reliability - End-to-end projects from conception through deployment, with focus on delivering working solutions What we're looking for: - Solid programming foundation in Python and/or JavaScript - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering techniques - Experience leading or managing at college — whether heading a club, organizing a festival team, or running a publication - Pragmatic approach to work: you ship first and iterate rather than chase perfection - Genuine drive to apply AI technology to solve concrete operational problems - Comfort with data handling across spreadsheets, API integrations, and dashboard tools
