About the role: - Write story skeletons into full episode briefs for AI-generated short-form shows - Create beat sheets covering hooks, plot progression, emotional peaks, closes, and audience questions for each episode - Produce compressed, precise briefs that an AI Architect can execute without needing creative interpretation - Write dialogue that works as audio alone and carries full subtext when watched What you'll do: - Translate character wounds, base emotions, identity threats, and arc structure into episode-level creative choices - Place paywalls at emotional injustice or identity threat moments, not plot reveals - Design cliffhangers that pose emotional questions audiences cannot leave unanswered - Calibrate cliffhanger density across a season to avoid fatigue - Differentiate every character by voice alone so no two are interchangeable when lines are read without attribution - Brief the AI Director on emotional intent before visual execution begins - Review AI-generated output and flag structural mismatches to the Creative Producer - Deliver scripts before production windows open, not during - Contribute structural solutions to a script pattern library for team reuse What they're looking for: - Background in screenwriting, content writing, or creative writing (formal training a plus, but portfolio matters more) - Deep familiarity with microdrama and serialised fiction — you know what makes someone stop scrolling - Ability to write emotion without stating it; characters never explain what they feel - Speed and volume without sacrificing quality - Fluency in Hindi and English; cultural register accuracy is essential - Curiosity about AI as a creative tool and understanding of what AI can and cannot execute from a brief Good to know: - Based in Mumbai - Full-time role - Work is part of a production pipeline where your output directly feeds into AI Director and Architect pairs
