About the role: - Build interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to communicate data insights to stakeholders - Extract, transform and analyse data by writing SQL queries across various data sources - Develop Python scripts to automate data cleaning, analysis workflows and repetitive tasks - Create and maintain automation processes using Power Automate to streamline business operations - Connect to and manage data stored in SharePoint lists and document libraries - Collaborate with teams on app development projects and process digitisation initiatives using Power Apps - Support data integration work and analytics pipelines through Microsoft Fabric or Azure platforms - Translate business questions and requirements into actionable reports, dashboards and analytical outputs - Ensure all data is accurate, documentation is complete, and reporting quality meets organisational standards What you'll work on: - Designing and iterating dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs - Optimising database queries to improve performance and reduce data retrieval times - Automating routine data processing tasks to free up time for deeper analysis - Connecting multiple data sources to create unified reporting environments - Troubleshooting data issues and maintaining data pipelines in production - Creating clear documentation for reports, queries and automated processes - Supporting colleagues who use your dashboards and automated tools What we're looking for: - Strong proficiency in Power BI to create and maintain analytical visuals - Solid SQL knowledge to write efficient queries and manipulate structured data - Python experience for scripting, data manipulation and automation - Familiarity with Power Automate workflows - Experience with Power Apps or app development - Working knowledge of SharePoint platforms - Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure data services - Comfort working with Excel including advanced functions and formulas - Ability to listen to business stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality outputs
