Product Management Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - Translate business ideas and stakeholder requirements into a coherent product vision that guides development - Document product specifications in enough detail that the engineering team can build without confusion or rework - Design user interface mockups using Figma or equivalent design software - Make trade-off decisions and sequence work to keep projects moving forward - Partner directly with the founders and engineering team to shape products at every stage from conception to release What you'll work on: - Taking vague or competing requests and converting them into a clear, actionable scope - Identifying which features and improvements will have the most impact and ordering them accordingly - Balancing multiple projects and priorities at the same time - Writing in a style that leaves no room for misinterpretation between product and engineering What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of how software works so you can write specifications that engineers can execute from directly without asking clarifying questions - Skill at taking ambiguous feedback and reshaping it into unambiguous direction - Comfort with Figma or comparable mockup tools to sketch out product ideas visually - Clear, direct writing and strong ability to keep work organised and on track - Capacity to hold multiple workstreams in your head and move them forward in parallel Good to know: - Successful interns will receive a Pre-Placement Offer - The exact scope and focus areas for your internship will be defined during the interview process
