About the role: - Participate in building and sustaining software products that serve a worldwide customer base - Take part in understanding business needs and shaping how solutions are designed - Translate what clients and stakeholders need into working code and systems - Follow established software engineering patterns and architectural best practices - Produce readable, performant code and combine different tools and frameworks into cohesive applications - Ensure the systems you help build can grow without breaking, run fast under load, stay secure from threats, and remain simple for future teams to work with What we're looking for: - Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces - Clear way of explaining your ideas and willingness to learn from feedback and different approaches - Comfort working within an Agile environment alongside a team that moves quickly - Genuine curiosity about how products come together from initial concept through launch and beyond - Foundational knowledge of software development principles and modern programming languages
