About the role: - Build and maintain web applications across both frontend and backend, contributing to product features that thousands of users interact with daily - Work with modern frameworks and technologies to create responsive, high-performance interfaces and robust server-side logic - Collaborate with senior engineers to understand best practices in software development and shipping production code - Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback to continuously improve your craft What we're looking for: - Proficiency in full-stack web development across HTML, NextJS, TailwindCSS, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, and NodeJs - A sharp eye for detail combined with a methodical approach to identifying and fixing bugs - Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps - Genuine enthusiasm for creating polished, user-focused products - Familiarity with GIT version control - Background with MVC frameworks is a plus What you bring: - Self-directed learning ability and curiosity about how web applications work end-to-end - Clear communication skills to ask questions and articulate technical challenges - A desire to understand not just how to build, but why certain architectural decisions matter
