About the role: - Work across the full design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and high-fidelity mockups - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate them into thoughtful design solutions - Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs using industry-standard tools - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions - Iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights What we're looking for: - Ability to break down complex problems and find creative solutions from first principles - Sharp eye for spotting interface and experience gaps that harm usability - Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Meticulous approach to craft and visual polish - Previous internship or hands-on experience in UX or product design (preferred but not required)
