About the role: - Support day-to-day operational activities across Instawork's on-ground teams - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously to ensure smooth execution - Monitor and analyze operational metrics including hours worked, performance targets, and loss factors - Troubleshoot issues in real time as they arise during operations What you'll work on: - Managing communication channels across teams using WhatsApp and Google Sheets - Tracking operational data and identifying patterns that affect performance - Liaising between different departments to resolve blockers quickly - Maintaining organized records and ensuring processes run on schedule What we're looking for: - Fundamental computer proficiency and comfort with standard business tools - Ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks without losing track - Experience or comfort reading simple operational dashboards and metrics - Strong sense of responsibility paired with an alert, attentive mindset - Patience in explaining processes combined with firmness in enforcing standards - Discipline and organizational skills to keep operations structured - Readiness to work hands-on in a fast-moving, field-based environment
