Product Management Intern

About this role

About the role: - Support the product team in analyzing user feedback and market trends to inform feature development decisions - Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute ideas on improving the platform experience - Assist in prioritizing features and roadmap items based on user needs and business goals - Help conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights - Collaborate with engineering and design teams to understand technical constraints and design possibilities What you'll work on: - Evaluating competitive products and industry best practices relevant to the edtech and test preparation space - Creating and maintaining product documentation, including feature specs and user stories - Testing new features and identifying bugs or areas for improvement - Tracking product metrics and helping analyze how changes impact user engagement What we're looking for: - Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year at a university - IIT background strongly preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to think strategically about how features serve user needs - Communication skills to articulate product ideas clearly to technical and non-technical team members Good to know: - You'll receive world-class training from professionals associated with IIT Bombay and Harvard Business School - This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced product leaders in the edtech industry
