About the role: - Examine and assess business needs across projects and initiatives - Create Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, Use Cases and User Stories that guide development - Manage all documentation related to business processes and technical specifications - Work closely with stakeholders, product teams and developers to ensure alignment throughout delivery - Bridge business objectives and technical solutions by converting organizational needs into actionable functional specifications - Lead requirement-gathering sessions and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role - Ability to write clear, structured documentation and extract requirements from diverse sources - Demonstrated skill in communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences - Proven track record working effectively alongside engineering and product development teams - Comfort translating ambiguous business problems into precise technical requirements - Experience facilitating discussions between business and technology stakeholders
