About the role: - You will support the full recruitment cycle from start to finish, working across multiple stages of hiring. - Your role includes identifying and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing channels. - You will manage relationships between hiring teams and candidates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. - You will help build and maintain Infineon's presence as an employer of choice among students and graduates. - You will assist with campus recruitment initiatives, connecting with educational institutions and student communities. What you'll work on: - Candidate relationship management, including outreach, interviews coordination, and feedback collection. - Content and messaging that reflects Infineon as an attractive workplace to potential applicants. - Administrative support for recruitment events, job postings, and application tracking. - Collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and match them with candidate profiles. What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or Business. - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences and coordinate across teams. - Genuine interest in recruitment processes and the talent acquisition function. - Comfortable working with MS Office applications and HR management software platforms.
