About the role: - Support business process improvement initiatives by gathering requirements from stakeholders across departments and documenting needs clearly - Prepare business requirement documents and functional requirement specifications that translate stakeholder input into actionable technical specifications - Analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization - Build and maintain data models using MS Excel or Google Sheets, applying advanced techniques like lookup functions, PivotTables, and conditional formulas to extract actionable insights - Present analysis findings and recommendations to both business and technical teams in a format tailored to each audience What we're looking for: - A recent graduate or current student with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a closely related field - Hands-on experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning, lookup functions, PivotTables, and basic analytical work - Knowledge of business analysis practices such as requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, process mapping, gap identification, and working with multiple stakeholders - Ability to communicate complex ideas both in writing and verbally, adapting explanations for different technical levels - Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to support research, analysis, and documentation tasks - A methodical, detail-focused mindset with genuine ownership of work, strong initiative, and comfort balancing competing demands in a dynamic setting Note: Subject: Business Analyst Intern
