About the role: - As a Graduate Trainee, you will join a dynamic technical environment where you contribute to software development, systems integration, and IT service delivery across multiple client engagements - Your responsibilities span coding, troubleshooting, system configuration, and supporting live operations that run around the clock - You will work on diverse technology stacks and gain hands-on experience in enterprise-level projects What we're looking for: - Freshers or professionals with prior work experience - Willingness to relocate to the assigned location - Readiness to work on 24×7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients - Ability to adapt quickly to shift-based operations and varying work schedules - Immediate availability or notice period of 15, 30, or 30+ days from your current role What you should know: - Shift rotation is a core part of this role; you must be comfortable with varying schedules - Relocation to your assigned work location is mandatory - Training will equip you with the technical and operational knowledge needed to succeed in a 24×7 support environment
