About the role: - Work as a backend engineer within the Mutual Funds team, designing and implementing systems that serve millions of active users - Take ownership of scalable infrastructure that powers fund operations, transactions, and customer data workflows - Solve complex technical challenges around performance, reliability, and data consistency at high volume What you'll work on: - Building robust backend systems that handle large-scale financial transactions and customer interactions - Writing code that operates under high load while maintaining low latency and fault tolerance - Designing database schemas, APIs, and microservices that grow with user demand - Debugging production issues and optimizing existing systems for better performance - Collaborating with frontend, data, and product teams to deliver customer-facing features What we're looking for: - 2 to 3 years of hands-on backend engineering experience - Proven ability to work on systems designed for scale and handle millions of requests - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design principles - Experience with databases, caching layers, and asynchronous processing - Problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguous, open-ended technical problems
