About this role
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interviews. - Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, employee records, and HR documentation. - Manage attendance, employee databases, and day-to-day HR operations. - Handle employee engagement activities and support performance evaluation processes. What We're Looking For: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team management abilities. - Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. - Recruitment and HR operations knowledge; MS Excel & Google Sheets proficiency.
