About the role: - Contribute to product strategy and development for Five9's SaaS platform, gaining hands-on experience in how cloud-based contact center solutions evolve and serve enterprise customers - Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business units to identify customer needs, validate product ideas, and shape feature roadmaps - Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product performance data to inform decision-making and help prioritize development efforts - Support the creation of product documentation, use cases, and materials that help communicate value to customers and stakeholders What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field - Solid foundation in software development concepts, APIs, and web technologies - Genuine passion for SaaS platforms, AI-driven solutions, and cloud infrastructure - Strong analytical abilities with a natural problem-solving approach to complex challenges - Clear communicator who can structure thinking and present ideas persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences - Keen interest in artificial intelligence, data platforms, and how technology shapes digital customer experience - Comfortable working in Agile environments and familiar with iterative development practices - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders - Entrepreneurial outlook with genuine enthusiasm for taking initiative and learning from real-world problems What this involves: - Conducting user research and competitive analysis to uncover market opportunities - Drafting product requirements and specification documents that guide engineering work - Running experiments and gathering metrics to test hypotheses about product improvements - Staying current with developments in AI, contact center technology, and SaaS trends
