About this role
About the role: - Support the talent management team in identifying, recruiting and nurturing creator and influencer partnerships - Assist with outreach campaigns to potential creators across various platforms and niches - Help coordinate communication between creators and internal teams - Research emerging talent and trends within the creator economy - Track and manage creator databases and relationship records What we're looking for: - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a natural inclination to engage with others - Passion for the creator and influencer space with genuine enthusiasm for how digital creators build audiences and monetise their work - Fresh graduates or those entering the industry for the first time are encouraged to apply - Ability to work collaboratively across departments - Self-motivated approach to learning about media and talent dynamics What you'll do: - Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers - Write compelling outreach messages and proposals - Support event coordination and creator engagement activities
