About the role: - You'll identify market gaps and customer pain points through research and direct engagement with users - You'll move rapidly through prototyping and experimentation cycles to validate ideas before full development - You'll shepherd products, features, and tools from concept through to release in production environments - You'll shape launch strategies, craft messaging, and plan distribution channels to reach target audiences - You'll drive initiatives forward independently, owning outcomes from initial conception all the way through successful execution What we're looking for: - Proven track record of hands-on product development and successful market launches - Entrepreneurial approach with deep sense of personal accountability for results - Comfort making judgment calls without extensive consensus-building - Ability to work across the entire product lifecycle without relying on others to fill gaps - Self-directed mindset with bias toward action and learning from real-world feedback - Strong communication skills to align teams and stakeholders around product vision - Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering partners Note: Mention the role in the subject line.
