About the role: - Write and shape marketing copy across multiple platforms and formats, bringing brand voice to life through words that connect and convert - Create social content that stops the scroll—posts, captions, and messaging that spark engagement and reflect what audiences care about right now - Develop ideas from concept through execution, pitching angles and seeing them through to completion - Respond to creative feedback with speed and flexibility, refining work to hit the mark What we're looking for: - Fluent command of both English and Hindi, writing with natural voice and persuasive power in each language rather than translating between them - Strong instinct for what makes content resonate on social platforms, paired with understanding of how brands build identity and stand out - Awareness of internet culture, memes, regional festivals, and trending moments, with the ability to fold them into work that feels alive and timely - Self-motivated approach to the work: you generate your own ideas, push them forward, and don't wait to be directed - Solid foundation in grammar, sentence structure, and how to tell a story that holds attention - Willingness to absorb criticism and turn it into stronger versions of your work in quick turnarounds Bonus experience: - Background in shooting, recording, or editing video content through college work, personal projects, reels, or YouTube - Comfort performing on camera and willingness to appear in content when the role calls for it - Portfolio, writing samples, or links to any creative work you've made or published
