About the role: - Develop software solutions working alongside experienced teams on real-world projects - Write clean, maintainable code in multiple programming languages - Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance What you'll work on: - Building web and application features using modern frameworks - Collaborating with senior developers to understand best practices - Converting technical requirements into functional code - Contributing to code reviews and learning from feedback What we're looking for: - B.Tech in IT or MCA degree - Proficiency in C, Java, JavaScript, and Python - Experience with React and Angular frameworks - Strong grasp of programming fundamentals and object-oriented principles - Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems - Genuine enthusiasm for mastering emerging technologies - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good to know: - This role is for 2026 pass-outs - You'll receive structured training and mentorship from experienced professionals - The position offers exposure to real-world development challenges and industry practices - Continuous learning is encouraged and supported through the role
