About the role: - Build backend systems using Python and Django that power billing and payment reconciliation workflows - Develop and maintain REST APIs backed by Postgres databases - Integrate third-party payment systems and implement webhook handlers to manage transaction flows and handle edge cases - Create React Native interfaces used by centre staff in their daily operations - Take ownership of features from design through production deployment and ongoing maintenance What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and basic data structures and algorithms - A completed project you can walk through in detail, explaining your implementation choices - Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript with the ability to pick up new tools and patterns quickly - Genuine curiosity and willingness to take on responsibility without defensiveness - Ability to learn from feedback and iterate on your work Note: Send resume + GitHub + one project you're proud of.
