About this role
About the role: - Provide technical assistance to end users across the organisation's IT infrastructure - Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues - Support the IT department in maintaining systems and resolving tickets - Help with onboarding new systems and equipment for staff members What you'll work on: - Diagnosing and resolving common IT problems reported by users - Assisting with desktop support and device management - Contributing to IT documentation and knowledge base materials - Supporting IT team initiatives to improve systems and processes What we're looking for: - You must be at least 18 years old at the time you begin the internship - You are currently enrolled full-time in a degree or diploma programme accredited by your government - You have obtained written authorisation from your educational institution permitting you to undertake this internship - Strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams - Problem-solving mindset with patience and attention to detail - Basic understanding of IT systems and willingness to learn - Organised approach to managing multiple support requests
