About the role: - Design intuitive interfaces and user experiences for artificial intelligence applications - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that enhance how users interact with AI-powered features - Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine design solutions - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs effectively What you'll work on: - Developing fresh approaches to AI app interfaces with a focus on keeping users engaged - Iterating on screen designs based on usability principles and retention metrics - Building design systems and component libraries for consistency across products - Testing prototypes and incorporating user insights into final deliverables What we're looking for: - Students in their final year of study or graduates new to the workforce - A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and past projects - Alternatively, submit 2 redesign concepts for an AI application screen, emphasizing features that would increase user retention - Strong foundation in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms - Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards - Curiosity about how artificial intelligence shapes user behavior and product experience How to apply: - Share your portfolio or, if you don't have one yet, provide 2 redesign ideas for an AI app screen aimed at improving user retention
