About the role: - You will contribute to the engineering team at Duncit by developing new functionality and improving the platform - Debugging and fixing technical problems that arise in production and during development - Work towards maintaining system reliability, security, and the ability to scale as the platform grows What you'll work on: - Completing assigned sprint objectives and delivering features on schedule - Identifying opportunities to enhance platform uptime and reduce system downtime - Writing and shipping code that is stable, thoroughly tested, and creates measurable value for users What we're looking for: - A strong capacity to analyze problems systematically and arrive at sound solutions - Competence in core software development practices and languages - Genuine enthusiasm for writing software that solves real problems and meets high standards of quality How we measure impact: - The features you ship will be tracked for stability and user impact - Your work will contribute to improvements in overall platform reliability and uptime metrics - Success means delivering sprint commitments consistently and shipping code that strengthens the product
