About this role
About the role: - Spot gaps in daily operations that slow processes down, dig into why orders get held up, and write standard procedures to fix them. - Monitor key performance numbers like customer satisfaction scores, how fast problems get solved, and how long customers wait. - Create visual dashboards that show how the operation is running in real time. - Study how customers move through the platform, then build automations and self-service features so they need less help. What we're looking for: - A sharp mind for breaking down problems and finding patterns in data. - Hands-on skill with Excel or Google Sheets to organize and work with numbers. - Familiarity with SQL for pulling data from databases, or experience with Power BI for reports (desirable but not required). - Drive to own your projects fully and the ability to work smoothly with teams across the company.
