Associate Data Analyst (Associate – Central Capacity Building)

About the role: - Support the operational backbone of Darkstore & Hyperlocal operations by handling vendor onboarding, incentive management, and payout administration across India - Set up and maintain incentive configurations within the internal payout and incentive management system to meet agreed timelines - Process vendor payout calculations with precision and ensure on-time delivery - Work with vendors and internal teams to guide them through the onboarding process from start to finish - Calculate incentives in coordination with relevant stakeholders and manage closure procedures - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in onboarding workflows, incentive structures, and payout execution - Build and maintain comprehensive records, tracking sheets, and reports covering vendor onboarding activity, incentive data, and payout status What you'll work on: - Vendor relationship coordination and day-to-day support throughout their lifecycle with the platform - Data entry, validation, and reconciliation of onboarding forms, incentive structures, and payment information - Creating and updating trackers that keep stakeholders aligned on progress and blockers - Liaising between vendors, finance teams, operations, and technology to ensure smooth execution - Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to reduce manual effort and errors What we're looking for: - Advanced skill with MS Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation - Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for querying and extracting data - Solid understanding of data analytics principles and how to interpret analytical findings - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps - High attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data-heavy work - Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and managing stakeholder expectations - Ability to juggle several priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines Good to know: - This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week
