About this role
About the role: - You will collaborate directly with DeepMatrix's founders on strategic initiatives and their implementation across the business. - Market research falls to you: analyse sectors, identify opportunities, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. - You will create and maintain presentations, detailed reports, and tracking systems that inform leadership decisions. - You will lead cross-functional projects touching sales operations, internal processes, and financial planning. What we're looking for: - Current MBA student or MBA graduate; demonstrated capability and drive matter more than institutional prestige. - Ability to articulate ideas clearly in writing and in conversation with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency with Excel for analysis and modelling; confidence building polished decks in PowerPoint. - Self-directed approach: you identify what needs doing, plan it, and complete it without prompting or oversight. - Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you own the outcome from start to finish.
