About the role: - Build and maintain complete web applications from server infrastructure through user interface design - Take ownership of features across the entire technology stack, from backend systems to frontend components - Collaborate with team members to translate requirements into functional, scalable code - Debug and optimize applications to ensure smooth performance and user experience - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices What we're looking for: - Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development - Comfort working across frontend and backend technologies - Problem-solving mindset with ability to tackle challenges at any layer of an application - Strong communication skills to work effectively with teammates - Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks as project needs evolve - Portfolio or examples of past work demonstrating your development capabilities
