About the role: - Drive the enhancement of planning methodologies to strengthen supply chain visibility and responsiveness - Oversee the tuning of planning system configurations to maintain optimal performance - Execute day-to-day operational planning responsibilities across your functional area - Assess key performance indicators and translate insights into concrete improvement initiatives - Detect vulnerabilities in supply chain processes and develop mitigation strategies - Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to implement near-term tactical enhancements What you'll work on: - Standardized processes, established tools, and integrated information systems that connect planning across the organization - Cross-functional coordination to balance demand, inventory, and supply constraints - Continuous monitoring and refinement of system parameters based on operational outcomes - Risk identification and contingency planning to protect service levels What we're looking for: - MBA degree with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations - 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, planning, or related functions - Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaning from operational metrics - Comfort working across multiple departments and external partners to solve problems
