About the role: - Build and maintain scalable backend systems that power Cultsport's platform - Design and implement microservices architecture to support growing product demands - Work with REST APIs to create robust integrations across services - Optimize database operations and queries for performance at scale - Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver features end-to-end What you'll work on: - Backend infrastructure using Python and modern frameworks - System design challenges that require thoughtful architectural decisions - High-performance solutions handling substantial user load and data volume - Reliable services with strong error handling and monitoring What we're looking for: - 3–5 years of hands-on backend development experience - Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming - Demonstrated understanding of system design principles and microservices patterns - Experience designing and working with REST APIs - Solid knowledge of database design and optimization
