About the role: - Design conversation flows from end to end, crafting prompts that guide AI interactions toward meaningful outcomes. - Develop strategies to handle objections, edge cases, fallbacks, and unexpected customer responses within conversations. - Refine bot interactions to feel natural, intelligent, and purposeful rather than mechanical or scripted. - Test bot performance across scenarios, gather insights from results, and implement improvements iteratively. - Partner with large language models, voice agents, and agentic AI workflows, moving projects through all stages from initial concept to live deployment. What we're looking for: - Strong capacity for logical thinking paired with clear communication of ideas and findings. - Genuine interest in large language models, the craft of prompt engineering, and how conversational AI systems work. - A mindset oriented toward breaking down problems and solving them systematically, combined with thoroughness and care for detail. - Familiarity with Python, APIs, and JSON (beneficial but not required).
