About the role: - Design and implement systems that handle load efficiently through carefully written, high-performance code - Collaborate with senior engineers to establish and uphold standards across the codebase - Track application health, identify errors, and drive improvements to system stability - Own the quality and architecture of your contributions, delivering clean and dependable solutions - Convert design mockups and feature specifications into working interfaces and backend logic What we're looking for: - Enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science, graduating in 2027 - Proficiency in at least one language or framework: Python, Golang, Java, React Native, or React.js - Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms - Ability to identify root causes when things break and fix them independently - Comfort explaining technical decisions and working through problems with teammates - Drive to learn unfamiliar tools and understand how systems work What this work involves: - You'll spend time reading and reviewing code, learning architectural patterns, and understanding how pieces fit together - Debugging is a regular part of the job—tracing through logs, running tests, and validating fixes - You'll attend standups, discuss approach with teammates, and receive feedback on your work - Code review cycles will teach you what production-grade code looks like - You'll balance new feature work with maintaining existing systems and fixing issues as they arise
