About this role
About the role: - Keep existing students and families subscribed to courses, grow renewals and referrals - Handle customer retention through calls and messaging - Meet monthly targets in a competitive, performance-focused team - Gather and act on parent feedback quickly What you'll do: - Reach out to current customers to maintain and strengthen relationships - Pitch course renewals and explain value to parents - Track feedback and ensure timely follow-up - Work toward set targets each month What they're looking for: - 1+ years of work experience - Strong English speaking and writing skills - Edtech B2C sales experience preferred (at least 6 months) - Ability to learn about products fast and work independently - Comfortable in high-target, results-driven roles - Computer Science or technical background preferred but not required - Bachelors degree in IT preferred but not required Good to know: - Work in-person at HSR Layout, Bangalore - 4L-6L fixed salary plus up to 6L annual incentives (total CTC 10L-12L depending on experience) - Health insurance, PF contribution, free lunch and dinner
