About the role: - Oversee technical projects from conception through delivery, managing timelines and milestones across multiple workstreams - Bridge communication between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on objectives and progress - Identify blockers and dependencies early, then develop solutions to keep initiatives on track - Guide teams through planning phases, execution, and retrospectives to improve processes over time What you'll work on: - Breaking down complex technical initiatives into manageable phases and ownable tasks - Tracking project health through metrics, dashboards, and regular stakeholder updates - Removing obstacles that slow delivery, whether technical, organizational, or resource-related - Running planning sessions and standups that keep teams focused and synchronized What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of experience in program management, technical coordination, or related roles - Comfort working with engineers and non-technical stakeholders in the same conversation - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to think through problems, spot patterns, and suggest process improvements
