About the role: - Monitor and assess IT processes, identifying gaps and inconsistencies in data or results - Support User Acceptance Testing initiatives and coordinate product rollouts into production - Design test scripts and implementation plans working with project managers, UAT professionals and end users - Track nonconformance items and ensure resolution before production release - Document findings in nonconformance reports and maintain testing verification matrices - Gather, maintain and report quality metrics - Verify traceability across project deliverables What they're looking for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 0-2 years Quality Assurance experience preferred - Knowledge of QA in software development environments - Ability to design and execute test cases - Logical analysis and problem-solving skills - Clear written and verbal communication - Ability to meet deadlines working independently or in a team
