About the role: - Design and develop scalable features for the Meraki Dashboard and Cisco Catalyst family network management platform - Build backend services, REST APIs, and modern web interfaces that serve tens of millions of users - Work with containerized, cloud-deployed systems on Kubernetes infrastructure - Collaborate with product managers, technical marketing engineers, and cross-functional teams What you'll do: - Create intuitive customer experiences by turning complex functionality into efficient, user-friendly solutions - Validate and automate features with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer value - Guide other engineers on best practices and code quality - Deliver features on schedule What they're looking for: - Bachelor's or master's degree - 2+ years of software development experience - Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, or Java with Spring Boot - Strong React.js experience building modern, responsive web applications - Experience with containerization, DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments - System design and code quality expertise - Experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development - Proven ability to mentor engineers Good to know: - Exposure to networking concepts and technologies is preferred - Full-time position in Bangalore - Cisco Meraki builds the intuitive platform and APIs that enable organizations to manage IT infrastructure at scale
